Line shape allows you to draw straight lines from point to point.

tap it to close the tool.

Draw the line like a regular stroke.
You can edit the line by dragging the control points; you can adjust the brush size and all other parameters, change color and even change the brush while still keeping the shape editable.
Finish editing by tapping anywhere on the screen or starting another line; or tapping the icon on the mini-toolbar. Note that after that the shape is no longer editable.
